Welcome to Gethsemane School

…where Academic Excellence and Faith Formation walk hand-in-hand…

Since 1943, Gethsemane School has offered children a strong Christian education, providing personal attention, new experiences, and advanced learning methods in small classes.

We believe we have a special calling and responsibility to educate the whole child—mind, body and spirit.

Spaghetti Dinner

By on January 23, 2015

Exciting news! At Gethsemane we take the safety of our students very seriously. In an effort to improve our safety plan we are in the process of purchasing new security doors for the front entry way of the school. There has been a team of people doing research to find the best system for our school. We have received three bids and have chosen to purchase the doors through Collins. In the near future you will begin to see the system installed. This is a very costly project that was not in the budget but it is definitely a strong need. The total cost for this project is $13,000. We are looking for donations to help pay for some of this project. If you feel moved to do so you can send a donation directly to the school office or give on-line through the Secure Give link on our website. School.geth.org
Come for a community wide spaghetti dinner fundraiser on Tuesday, January 27th. Please come between 5:30 and 7:00 p.m. to join us for dinner. This will be a free will donation dinner. We will also have a preschool through 8th grade school open house night for new families to come and learn more about Gethsemane. If you know anyone looking for wonderful Christian education, send them our way.
Thank you in advance for your support throughout this process. The safety of our students is a very high priority and we look forward to improving this part of our school.
